What is a soft play rental and is it safe?

  • Soft Play rental is an indoor/outdoor area with play equipment made from soft materials; a soft play area. This safe play area is for children ages 0-4 to play and explore! Yes, we are very safe! We want to provide the cleanest environment for little ones; therefore we use only safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down prior to each event, and after (Not to mention, how great is this play zone for embracing those gross an fine motor skills!)

 

Do you set up outdoors?

  • Absolutely! If the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones.  We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing.

 

What if it rains?

  • To ensure the safety of the little ones, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a back up should it rain on the day of your event. Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date, and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule.

Please note: Once Tumbling Tots has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued.

 

How much is the deposit amount?

  • Deposit is $100. This amount will secure your date and will be held until after your party has ended and equipment has been inspected for damage. Your event must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your event datePlease keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.

 

Do you have any rules?

  • Yes, our main rules are no shoes, no food or drinks, no sharp objects and no water/pool play near the soft play. Children should not have face paint or glitter on while using the play area and equipment should not be taken out of the designated area. Adult supervision is required. Additional rules will be listed on your contract.

What if I need to cancel?

  • We understand, life happens! Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible at tumblingtots@gmail.com Cancellations 7 business days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 7 business days prior to event date will result in the loss of deposit. If you do not receive a response via email (in regard to your cancellation) within 24 hours, please call or text us at 505-717-9531 505-340-9353.

Delivery

  • We offer free delivery within 15 miles of the 87114-zip code area. Please inquire about the delivery fee if your event if it is outside of our delivery area. 

 

Set up and take down

  • We will set up and take down before and after your event. We only set up and take down equipment between 10am-7pm. If you need something earlier or later than the times listed, let us know, we might be able to accommodate. Please allow 45 minutes prior, and 45 minutes after your event for set up and take down of rental equipment
